The lovely guest rooms are upstairs and available with a shared or private bath along with a cozy sitting room to watch television, the VCR, surf the web with wireless high speed Internet access or simply relax and enjoy your morning coffee. Our room rates range from $75.00 to $125.00 plus room tax.

Bartolette Suite
(Pictured here and named after Pookie's mom and great-grandmother). Our private bath suite andlargest room. The suite features a queen size Mahogany sleighbed, dresser and vanity, T.V. and loveseat that converts to a twin bed for that third person accommodation if needed. It has a view out the bay window of West Eugene for some magnificent summer sunsets or winter lightning storms over the coastal range of the mountains. The bathroom is tiled in Art Deco and has a shower for your morning refresher. The color scheme is Vanilla and Periwinkle which is very cool and comforting.

Garden View Room
Our smallest room has a queen size bed with oak and walnut furnishings, a vanity, desk and oak head boards and a very comfy chair to curl up in and read your favorite book or to pick a new one from our library. This room is quite nice for one person or a couple and may be taken as a shared bath or reserved as a private bath. The choice is yours. The bath is across the hall from this room as well as our other room - The Country Room. The bathroom is large with a clawfoot tub and an overhead shower just like the one at "grandma's house." Pedestal sink and vanity are there to help brighten your morning routine.

As you peer out the windows, you'll see Doug's lush rose and cutting flower gardens. Open the windows and smell the fragrances of over 30 different roses. There is always fresh roses provided in each room unless you request not to have them.

The Country Room
Twin beds (or king as pictured above) is a bright and cheery room with antique oak furnishings. May be reserved as a private or shared bath.

Policies
First night's room rate plus room tax is your deposit and will guarantee your reservation. Otherwise all reservations are tentative. Payment should be received 3 weeks prior to arrival date. Payment by personal check of money order. Credit cards accepted to hold reservations. A confirmation will be sent to you when deposit is received.

We are open all year and rates are the same throughout.
Check in time from 4 to 6:00 pm
Check out time is 11:00 am.
The Inn does not allow smoking indoors. Outdoor designated areas only.
No pets are allowed because owners' pets are on the premises.
Because of limited accommodations older children are welcome (6 years and up).

Cancellations
A phone call is all that is necessary to cancel your reservations. Up to 4 days before your arrival date, a full refund of your deposit will be made. 2 days before your arrival date, half your deposit is refundable. 24 hours before your arrrival date, NO refunds will be made. This policy also applies after your arrival.
